Our Home Base: The PAC /TechTrain Learning Center, a creative partnership between the Prison Action Committee and Networking for Democracy. Here ex-offenders and prisoners learn computer repair and maintenance by recycling old computers. Repaired units are then distributed to community organiztions in the inner city. The students' goal is A+ Certification as hardware technicians.
