John Sutherlin
Biography:
John W. Sutherlin, Ph.D., has been a visiting professor at Tulane University
from 1997 to the present. He has taught courses on European and Middle East
environmental policy and international relations, developed international
workshops and film symposiums and assisted students with grant-writing and
funded study programs.
Dr. Sutherlin is a frequent invited speaker internationally on subjects
like urban environmental policy, industrial policy, environmental management,
and recently on terrorism and its link to sustainable development.
Since 1994, he has raised more than $3.5 million in research grants and
more than $100,000 for student research.
