The Clark Kerr Campus is a Spanish mission-style dormitory complex located approximately six blocks southeast of the main campus.

All room reservations must be made through the GSA by May 30, 2017. Do not contact the university directly.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM, Wednesday, June 14, Check-out: By 11:00 AM, Friday, June 16

Location: On-campus location subject to change.

Service: Beds are made prior to arrival with pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket, and bedspread. Two towels, a face cloth and a bar of soap are provided. Beds are made, rooms are cleaned daily. Linens and towels are changed weekly. Common areas and bathrooms are also cleaned daily. To welcome guests, a special gift is placed in each room.

Meals: All meals will be provided in the CKC Great Hall at 2601 Warring Street, Berkeley, CA 94720 unless otherwise advised. Meal time slots will be assigned prior to the conference. Meal cards will not work outside of the assigned meal time slots.

Single-use guest meal cards for those not staying in the dorms are available, but must be requested by May 30, 2017.

Parking: Permits will be available. Please notify us by May 10, 2017 if you require one.

No reduction in price for late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals.
